Delivery & Returns

Many thanks for visiting our site and we hope you are delighted with your purchase. At The Music Cable Company we are very proud of our products and feel that we have designed and built a superior product that will give many years of service.

Delivery:

As all cable products are ‘made to order’ please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch. We will always endevour to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, however, if we encounter any issues we will contact you by email.

Please note that (for the moment) we ship to the United Kingdom only.

A Standard Delivery flat rate of £3.50 is applicable for all orders under the value of £99.00.

All orders over £99.00 are shipped carriage free.

Our standard service is via Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class. Normally arrives in 1-2 business days. Please note that this service requires the recipient to sign on delivery.

All items are checked prior to dispatch. All goods must be checked when received and any damage reported to The Music Cable Company within 48 hours of receipt using our contact form or the email link: sales@themusiccablecompany.com, in the event of ‘carrier damage’ can you please kindly provide photographic evidence to assist us.

Returns:

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you have 14 working days to return the item(s) to us.

To arrange a return, please contact us, in the first instance (via email sales@themusiccablecompany.com) detailing why you are unhappy and requesting a returns authorisation number.

Please note that goods will not be accepted without a returns authorisation number.

Please return the product in its original packaging. Upon receipt, our team will evaluate the returned item. Should the request be for a credit (unwanted gift or similar) and the product returned is ‘as new condition’ a refund to the value of the product purchase price (excluding shipping) will be credited to the original purchaser.

If you have received an incorrect item or the product is deemed faulty due to a manufacturing fault or component failure, we offer a replacement product or a full refund…your choice. Upon receipt of ‘proof of postage’ and a copy of the receipt, we will refund any reasonable postal charges incurred returning the product to us.

Please note, in respect of a made to order ‘Custom Product’, we can only accept returns of products which are deemed faulty.

Postal Returns: We would advise that ‘proof of posting’ and postal insurance options are used as The Music Cable Company cannot be held liable for items lost in transit.

The Music Cable Company accepts no liability for any loss or damage resulting from misuse or failure of its products.

THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. DETAILS OF YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS ARE AVAILABLE FROM TRADING STANDARDS OR CITIZENS ADVICE CONSUMER SERVICE.
